Seneca turnpike new hartford location, Ordered delivery last night, it was bad in every way. Delivery was prompt but All food was ice cold. Onion rings cold, king burger cold, fish sandwich buns burnt, also cold. Just a completely disgusting meal, whomever was working last night didn't want to be bothered by customers & just threw in food that had been sitting around & was cold. Good way to make people sick!! Threw food out. Shame on these workers burger king!! They should be fired.
The workers were rude to each other and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. The service was quick, but order was messed up. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and sauce, and it was not received. I also ordered a Royal Chicken sandwich, and was given a Chicken Jr. instead.
Just went through the drive through at 10:30 pm and the employee was very rude to us. Very snippy and just nasty. I had to keep myself from telling her off and calling her a name for rude women . This lady needs to find a job that doesn't require human contact. Never going there again! Not at night,anyway. 0 rating for this visit.Had to rate 1 star just to post this.

have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchase anything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King. The staff of Bugerking all seemed to work good together, it was actually refreshing to see teamwork in a fast good kitchen. The food is always good, and the Restaurant is always nicely kept.Food: 5/5
Went through the drive thru food was great and the onion rings were really good fresh and hot !! Love the dipping sauce for the onion rings.Food: 5/5
Stopped in to try their new Buffalo Chicken melt. Delicious. Prices are always alittle high compared to other fast food, but is always good. This is a nice, clean place. With nice employee's.
Order missing fries. Burger hard and gross with all mustard and no ketchup. Won't ever order again from this location. They weren't even busy. Avoid. Edit: burger king app support refunded my order, so I'm not as upset, but this location will remain 1 star.
