Visited during lunch rush, service was relatively fast. The Taco Salad was much more than I expected, both in quantity and flavor. However, the Grilled Chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomato, as shown on their menu board. Kid-friendliness: Booster seat available, also kids menu and mini-frosties. Parking: Situated around the building, 30+ parking spaces including 2 handicapped near walk-in entrance. Also has drive-through.
Food was great the service by a young man named Nathan was amazing with his customer skills , patience , kindness and over all super good feeling to go back again and again.
I ordered a spicy chicken combo, no mayo. It came with the chicken and a tomato between a bun. Oh well I guessFood: 1/5
Wow 2 weeks ago there was a great review on the 9 dollar Taco salad and yet tonight this is what we got [picture included] now maybe I'm out of line but that don't seem like a 9 dollar salad. Ridiculous.Food: 1/5
what a delightful experience.. we were greeted from what looked like a character out of chucky. And shortly after a whole zoo of them came tromping in. The place was very dirty. food was okay, but overall an entertaining experience , thanks Wendys !
The food is better than most fast food, which is a testament to the line. The drive through line being the only complaint here. The store is not in an ideal spot, as the two line system is sometimes confusing, and cars blocking pacific to wait in the 4 car spaced drive through is sometimes problematic. Easier to order through the app, park, and go inside to pick up.
Always a good one to do at. The manager has come around on several visits to ask customers if they needed anything and how the meal was going, that's really nice to see and showed they do care.Food: 5/5
We enjoy Wendys I’m a spicy chicken nuggets girl & hubs likes a good burger & a frosty lol. The food here is yummy & there’s always a line but it’s worth the wait if you’re in Albany.
I door dash and this is one of my favorites. Even though they don't put drinks in bags like MCD -they at least put a strip over the straw hole. Had to wait a few times but never long, employees are super nice and food is delicious.Food: 5/5
The experience was a little less then being in jail she spoke to me out the side of her neck with additude if you do not like your job that much then change it I did nothing to anyone and am a paying customer manners was not in her vocabulary or even a dream in her mind... Thank you melody at the Wendy's in Albany Oregon you made breakfast with my husband and my self one I can't quite remember. Or want to remember.. have a great day!!!
