Unfortunately we had a horrible experience and the chicken was raw and bloody all inside. We didn't realize until we got back home about 20min later and went to eat. The manager didn't seem surprised or sympathetic at all and only offered to remake the meal next time. However it is very hard to trust to eat there again once you get raw and bloody food and risk possible food poisoning.
Chicken was undercooked and the coating was blonde. I lived 10 miles away and the only thing they told me was bring it back and we'll make it again for you. With gas at $4. 69 a gallon that's a little bit ridiculous.
The food is good but don't order a side of macaroni and cheese because its condiment sized and there was no gravy in my original bowl and you'd think for the money you pay it would at least be full. Kind of sad
This is the worst KFC we have ever been to. We picked up our order last night and it was over cooked and incomplete. We waited for 15 minutes for them to bring out our order and ended up going inside to find out what the problem is. They acted like "what order". The chicken strips were tiny and so over cooked we couldn't eat them. And forget ordering the pot pies as they are half empty.
If you order cheese curds, they will pull you and don't be surprised if you sit there for 30 minutes because they forgot about you.Food: 2/5

This KFC is the worst one that I have ever seen it is 1 a terrible place to work 2 the food can be moldy because of mold in freezer 3 and the management is terrible force a sick employees to come to work call their employees in, even though they have days off. I am honest to God surprised this place hasn't been shut down
Bought lunch today wanted to try the new mack and chicken bowl. Wife and I both got the same thing. The bowl was barely half full. No real chicken to speak of looked like I got bread crums from the bottom of the fryer. Cheese sauce was horrible. Worst meal I have ever had there.
Ordered $37 worth of food yesterday 11/19/21, they had us pull to the front of the building to wait for our order, ten minutes, not bad of a wait. Until we started to head home 3hr drive start to open our bags and realize we got someone else’s order and it wasn’t even close to what we got price wise. So that’s cool.
The daytime manager was very happy and friendly! She had my order up less than three minutes later. The burger was very good, and the fries were perfect. Great place.
