While the food was ok the young woman making the food today has an attitude problem. If you dare to ask a simple question you will be met with disrespect. Most of the other employees were decent but seemed untrained and not knowledgeable.
I would give this store 0 stars if I could! Stopped in with my daughter and used an in store kiosk to order and pay for my food. After sitting in the lobby for close to 40 minutes and realizing we still had not gotten our food I went up to the counter. I stood there for a good while before someone decided to come to the counter to see what was going on while lime workers just stared at me. . Told them we still hadn't gotten our food and then the worker disappeared. Getting mad, I called out for a manager because I wanted a refund. They told me the only way I could get a refund is if I "called" the taco bell ap." I did not have it on my phone. I am still trying to figure out how to get it to work right and not finding a phone number to call. They gave us our food finally, but I didn't want it! But they REFUSED to give me a refund!! I tried to fill my cup, and instead of soda coming out, it was tea, and if course, the worker didn't seem to care about that either.. So Walla Walla Taco Bell, you have really lost a good customer. Hope you are satisfied because I definitely was not and I will NOT be back!!
This Taco bell has finally stabilized mostly. For a long time the food was marginal and unpredictable, it was different staff every time I went which was often. But the place now does pretty good and the night crew does a great job with the cheesy potatoes. Vegetarian options: Great options for vegetarians.
Last night, my sister and I ordered some food via the mobile app. I'm not sure exactly what went wrong, but some orders got mixed up, including ours. It happens, especially when dealing with tech. The impressive part was when we came back, every member of their crew was diligently working to correct these issues while dealing with a barrage of angry customers. They were faced with an absolute nightmare, and powered through with tenacity and grace. The hell they were presented with is triumphed by the way they endured.
Never had I had such poor customer service from a taco bell. The worst thing is is was from the manager Janet. The owner should reconsider her position. I will never be back and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. They didn't give us our food and when i said she wasn't being professional she threatened to kick us out without giving us our food we paid for or our money. I asked her to review the cameras as she suggested we were trying to get extra food. We ordered two meals and only got one. And the gentleman in front of me in the drive through didn't get his party meal because the drive through gave it to the wrong car. Very unprofessional and the manager Janet T. Should be fired or at least demoted to cleaning bathrooms or anything where she doesn't have contact with the costumers.
I could literally go fishing, catch a fish, scale it, gut it, filet it, fry it up and eat it and I still wouldn’t have my food ready at Taco Bell. I been waiting for my food inside for dine in for a solid 45 minutes. Workers just stare and don’t bother to help. Ridiculous place.
It doesn't matter the method of delivery for their food, there is always items missing, which sometimes is a entire person's meal. The beans are always burnt and things that were not supposed to be in the food, is in it. Do better Walla Walla.
Messed up an app order. Ordered three cruncheraps two with out nacho cheese and one with nacho cheese and beans. All three came without nacho cheese. They put beans on one and then labeled only one with no nacho cheese. Labeled one with beans and it didn't have beans on it. Took item back up that didn't have the nacho cheese on it back up to the counter as we ate at the restaurant and they refused to fix it because I wouldn't bring the half eaten food up to the counter. They could have come checked the food at the table in the lobby of the restaurant...not taking food away from a four year old that was super impatient for food prior to have her throw a fit in the lobby. This is the first time ever going to a taco bell and them not following their guarantee to make the food right if it was made incorrectly. They didn't believe me that none of the crunch wraps had nacho cheese on them. I don't try to get free food, all I wanted was the brans and the nacho cheese on the one that was labeled to suppose to have it!!! Worst experience ever at a taco bell. I will probably take my business to Milton freewater from now on. Too expensive to get food my husband wouldn't eat because it didn't have the nacho cheese I paid for the nacho cheese and it wasn't on the food item. Kid-friendliness: Not good with Children asking me to take food away from a four year old...bull
