Besides the food being good and staff already wonderful i accidentally forgot my whole purse here for over 24 hours , once I realized that I may have left it here I called and they confirmed they had it safe . Driving almost a hour away in these winter weather's I went and picked it up where they kept it completely safe. Every card. Every cent even my lucky 2 dollar bill was still there I could not believe the honesty the staff gave me . Anything could have happened to my purse you can just imagine but these staff truly cared and where completely honest . I will visit alot more for just this reason!! Made a purchase to make use of a third party offer for a free impossible whopper with $3 purchase, at the time of placing the order the order showed correctly with no indication of a problem. Went to pick it up and found that the free item was removed from the order without any sort of notice. The store refused to do anything about it because it was a moblie order and as of yet corprate has essentially said that I'd have to make a second order and again make a $3 purchase to get the offer, without providing any indication that it would be any different this time. And this is not the first time this has been an issue. multiple times my family and I have made moblie orders and had items missing, been given the wrong items and had both refused to do a dam thing about it. If you plan on making use of any sort of special offer with them don't expect them to do a dam thing if there are any technical issues with the order.

its great as far as fast food goes but they seem to be all the same any more, although i will say it did not stand out as a negative experience either.Food: 4/5
I like the product, food quality is very good for a quick service restaurant, but this particular location is the wrong place to go if you need to get in and out fast because you have to get somewhere. I can't recall a slower drive-thru anywhere else. Last visit I was there close to 15 minutes. That can be a deal breaker!Food: 5/5
Customer service can be better with drive through. I hardly get a hello . They just open the window tell me how much .takes the money .hands me my order. ..no thank you come again. I used to work in fast food . I know how Customer service should be ..to me its rude.
We are visiting the area and my son is on a hamburger only kick. We have gone to this Burger King twice in the two weeks we've been here. Ordered the same thing not times. Whopper Jr. no mayo, onion, lettuce, or pickles, add cheese, ketchup and tomato. He is 5 after all. Both times we open the burger and it has nothing he wanted on it and everything he did not. The wrapper was marked correctly but the burger inside didn't match. Seems to me if their slogan is "have it your way they ought to make it the way the picky 5 year old wanted.
Not sure what has happen but the food is hit and miss on quality. Hit and miss on service too. Sad because for fast food this was one of my favorite places to eat. You can tell that Joe and Tonya arnt there daily anymore.
Don't get fast food here late at night. They don't serve fresh food. The Rodeo King I ordered had way more toppings then it should of had. Like 10 strips of bacon and like 7 small onion rings, no BBQ sauce, and the patties were kind of dry. Fries were Luke warm, and the Chiking I ordered was disgusting. It was old, I mean like an hour old, saugy and shriveled looking. I also didn't get the mozzarella sticks I ordered, and no receipt. I also kind of got a rude vibe from the window attendant too. The quality and customer service is severely lacking at this establishment.
This Burger King is a joke. Absolute piece of garbage. Went there today around 5:30pm and their was a long line of cars which wasn’t even the problem. The problem was they are UNDERSTAFFED. Finally got to the speaker and no one greeted me nor told me to order when I was ready. No one said anything and it’s been over 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker. So I decided to pull forward to the window to see what was going on and they didn’t even bother to come talk to me nor even make eye contact. The employees looked like they didn’t even care. DO NOT COME HERE! Go to McDonald’s on Isaacs, they at least make an effort to greet you and actually take your order.
