Ketzler's Florist

I ordered a dozen yellow long stem roses for a funeral about a mile away. I looked at the reviews about being reasonably priced. What was delivered to the funeral home was a simple arrangement in a glass vase. It looked ok, but it wasn't worth $90. When I told my daughter how much they cost, she couldn't believe it. I couldn't either. I'm not from the area, so I trusted the reviews. Never again.

We ordered funeral flowers on Thursday for an afternoon memorial service the following Monday. The flowers had not been delivered when we arrived at noon. We called the florist and Ketzler's claimed that the flowers were left at the funeral home back door. The funeral director searched for the flowers, but our order was not there. The flowers were finally delivered after the doors were closed and the service had begun, when they were supposed to be there HOURS before then. Do not use this florist if when the flowers arrive matters to you.

being from out of town and in need for flowers I googled for a florist in the Flint area and found Ketziers. i spoke to a Linda who was most helpful with price and selection. A very very good experience. if in need for flowers i now know where to go.

Amazing place love buying flowers from them!!! The flowers last much longer than any where else.

Very friendly staff. They will do custom arrangements at reasonable prices.
