Super delicious bagel sandwiches! I had a hard time picking which kind I would like because they look so great! But honestly at the end I was still a little hungry, so if you’re looking for a full meal, you may have to order more. Pictured below are the Cubano and Kettleman’s Special. Also get your bagels roasted! They’re so much more tasty.
Really good bagels freshly baked on site in wood oven. Lots of delicious sandwich options, and you have to try the latkes. The filter coffees could be better, though.
Great bagels. Highly recommended. They make the bagels fresh in the store. We tried cinnamon, plain and blueberry and they are all great. There was a lineup when we got there but they were very efficient at getting people moving.
The bagels themselves are very good. Got the sesame, everything, pumpernickel, and garlic. Had to get them to go because of street parking - however they said it’s a charge to have the bagels cut? That is ridiculous and I’ve never had a bagel spot charge me for that before UNLESS it was for a large amount of bagels. We only got 4 bagels.nnGuy who took our order came off quite rude with how he reacted to us asking for the bagels to please be cut, and how we were questioned how many bagels we were getting.nnI’d come back for the taste of the bagels, but the customer service was nothing shiny.
This place has fallen off a cliff. Today I went to get the classic Kettelman bagel- smoked salmon, tomato, red onion, cream cheese and CAPERS. After I questioned why my bagel box was covered in Olives they said “oh that’s how we serve them now”…this is either a complete disgrace or a total lie but for this to be happening at the FOUNDING Kettelmans is unacceptable… the service was also very poor, the girl mangled my sandwich and then the other girl realized it didn’t even have any of the toppings on it and took it bag and sloppily added everything. Frankly should have demanded a refund but I was in a time crunch. I did get video of the mangled sandwich being put together though. Beyond 1 star this is 0 star service.
