Kesingston Research & Recovery have been extremely helpful in reducing my overestimated property tax, I used their help multiple times in the past. I can’t recommend them enough to any homeowner looking for help in obtaining successful property tax reduction.
We have been using Kensington Research and Recovery for several years now and have been very satisfied in their efforts to keep our taxes down as much as possible. They keep you informed at all times where they are in their appeals process as well as any other steps can be taken to help keep your taxes as low as possible. I contacted Kensington Research & Recovery after receiving our second installment 2020 tax bill for Cook County. Our taxes doubled and I knew we had to appeal. Everyone I spoke with at Kensington explained the entire process and was up front about the time lines and cost. Even with the major delay with the Cook County Assessors office, our appeal was processed in 7 months. We won our appeal and we are very grateful to Kensington for all of the effort they put forth in getting our appeal processed with the results in our favor.
I have tried a few property tax companies and this is the first that didn't ask me to do all the work for them and then they just show up to the meetings. Not only did Kensington do the work they're being paid for, but they appealed the initial settlement because they thought it was too low all without me having to get involved. Thanks Kensington.
