I brought my 2-week old engagement ring here and unfortunately they butchered the resizing job - it was so obvious that it had been resized that I had to send it back to the jeweler from which I bought it to get it fixed. I am very disappointed and won't be back. UPDATE: Here is the review of the damage from another jeweler - $340 worth of work to fix their mistake. The sizing bar is flattened, uneven and misshapen after resize outside of Brilliant Earth. The ring is also slightly out of round. A half shank is recommended in order to fix the warped sizing bar due to outside jewelers tools and excessive heat. Work done by an outside jeweler included overpolishing prongs and details on the ring no longer look standard.

I was a little put off by the fact that they lost a diamond while soldering my wife's wedding band to the engagement ring and charged me to fix it. On top of that the rings aren't lined up properly and are little offset. Prices are fair though and fast service

We brought them a citrine sample i dug they made my lovely woman a nice ring!
