I received pressure stockings for injuries from a ski accident. Their staff were excellent. They smart, engaging, and caring.

Pharmacy requires you to travel to their location to pick up certain prescriptions. Once I had made arrangements to go pick up my prescription (canceling meetings, class, and another appointment) and was ready to drive over an hour to the pharmacy, they called me to tell me one of the chemicals needed for my prescription had expired. How could they have NOT known their OWN chemical was expired, ESPECIALLY when they promised me it would be ready THREE days earlier than I then ended up receiving the prescription. NOT pleased—without the prescription I had unbearable pain for an UNNECESSARY amount of extra time. DO NOT recommend this pharmacy.

The negative responses from certain employees at KPHC has been frustrating. It is always "no we can't," "no we don't," "you can't get a walker because you have a wheelchair" "we only help our regular customers with that" -- and I leave upset.Or they say they will do something and after months of me calling decide they won't do it. Instead of figuring out other options or discussing where I might find what I am looking for they just send me out the door. Because they are very close-by I will try to find my durable medical supplies there if I cannot find it anywhere else. I have had to call and get help with my wheelchair from a different pharmacy 45 miles from my home, because KPHC said they were too busy or wouldn't work with me. Now that other pharmacy in Auburn was great!
