I paid to rent a cargo van from this location and didn’t follow the COVID guidelines when first greeted by the person working at the location. After paying for the van and walking out to do the walk around this woman had the audacity to start lecturing me on her COVID protocols, and after telling her I didn’t want to hear it, she continue to berate me, called me an ‘a$$hole’ and then refused to rent me the van that I had already paid for. While waiting for my refund to be issued this woman then called THE POLICE to have me trespassed from the property. If you’re looking to be served at the counter by a micro managing, unprofessional control freak this is place for you. If you’re looking to be served in a prompt and professional manner so you can be on your way PICK ANOTHER LOCATION. These people are absolute trash.
