Reasonably kept facilities. Secure. Only issue was they said they want 2 weeks notice when vacating and any less you will be charged for it . We informed them we had left 12 days before our monthly renewal and they are changing us 2 more days on top of the 12 we are not there.

We have used this storage facility for 2 yrs now. All of their staff that I have had any interaction with have always been very courteous and helpful. We feel very satisfied with the security of the storage premises. It is even accessible in the winter months. I have been out there when the receptionist was out chipping ice away around the storage units outside just so people could access their storage units frozen shut. Great price,great staff and have recommended friends to this place.

They have a very clean climate controlled facility. Entry and exit is easy. I have rented units there for 18 months with no adverse issues what so ever. Highly recommend.

This is the third time I've rented storage space and Grenville Storage is by far the best!! The front desk staff member is awesome and really helped me pick out the right unit to rent. Place is always clean and I feel comfortable knowing the place is secure.
