Ron MacGillivray Chevrolet Buick GMC

I love GM always have, it's what I have grown up in. This dealers service department is the WORST I have even had to deal with. Mechanics have outright insaulted my father. Blaming his broken hand for the car not starting. Tried to claim that if we had our tires changed there then the tire weights wouldn't have fallen off, when we had our tires changed with them. And now they have sent me off knowing that the steering assist wasn't working properly and no one on the service team thought that bit of information was worth mentioning to me before I left the parking lot. Then to call them the next day and have the service manager say "what ever" to me on the phone while I'm trying to tell them at there team put my life in danger. Sure they wrote it on my slip, but no one thought that would be worth mentioning, I'm not a mechanic. They didn't even ask me to sign the recipient as prof that I read it. My car died not 15 minutes after leaving the parking lot. What kind of service team doesn't want to make $400 to change a battery Sales team is great, they look after us, but anything beyond that good luck.

I was looking around and tried two Car dealers, one a big volume dealer and Idk even know why I tried Ron's in Antigonish? But boy am I glad I did. They really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted, took a hit on my trade but overall very happy with my vehicle. They called when they said they would and where up front and very transparent! No hidden fees, they were helpful and made sure I felt at home, they didn't rush me and left it up to me when I was ready to come in. They sold me this vehicle at a much better price, they didn't lie and they didn't leave out any details or info when I asked! Def one of the best car dealers I've ever been to. Before you buy plz check these guys out, not your regular car dealers, they vastly improved their workers from the older ones, these younger guys are great! :)
