Must have been a slow day ..our server seemed distracted and disengaged. Did not feel welcomed.Felt like she was being forced to take our orders. Told her it was my birthday, I was happy ...I chose this Kelseys to celebrate but she made me feel uncomfortable. Her demeanor was negative. She got part of the order wrong. She didn't even bother doing the fake chat when she brought our bill like most servers do when it's tipping time. The machines are set up with default percentages as if tipping is mandatory and no longer based on service. Disappointing time overall. Food was okay though. Mediterranean salmon was a miss...chicken was good.Liked the food. Didn't like the vibe of the server. Will go back to Grand Park instead.
We ordered crabcakes that came out like hockey pucks. They were so cold on the inside, made me understand they were probably frozen. Sad knowing you’re paying $15-20 for an item that is frozen.nOrdered a burger combo where the fries were so salty and overcooked, that there was no actual potato left on the inside.nService was good, however price for value is a hard 0.
My second time here and I must say it's been a great experience. This time my Thai curry was on the salty side but other than that it's great. Vanessa was a great service a d very friendly. Thanks vanessa
Absolutely amazing service from Micheala!! Came here with friends for lunch and she was the best and made sure we had a great time. She was very helpful with the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back and ask to be served by her again!
