The 3 stars for servic is because it's not the students fault. The medium at this location is now small. I have tried this location a few times now and it's bad. The fries are cold the burger was very cold made and let sit. It's tasted bad and I garbage it. The fries are something else. Everytime I go here I never get a warm whopper it's always cold and just disgusting. The chicken is worst. I don't know if they are using old product here but should get looked at.
Very unsatisfying food. I guess atleast at 3pm we should get fresh food, but it wasn’t fresh at all. We actually wasted our money on buying these.
So I'm at drive through and wanted to order a chicken and fish sandwich. They said they were all out of chicken sandwich. I also then asked to add a 8pcs chicken nugget to my order but they said it will take 5 mins and they are closing. I'm pretty sure they lied to me cause this location is known to be 24/7 hour drive thru. Lol it even says it on their window. That they are open 24/7...why lie to their customers? Took this picture from my car as I wait for my food. My order wasn't complete.nnFish sandwich was dry. I guess they were trying to pump out food sitting for hours and didn't want to cook new food to save money.
We tried their King's deal which is great value.
I was at this place for an hour today, and I noticed that the lady who takes the orders only smiles and greets certain ethnic groups, not everyone. It made me feel a bit left out, like I wasn't part of the group. I believe it's important for everyone to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their background. I thought this is something that happens consistently, it might be worth mentioning in a review. After all, everyone deserves to feel welcome and valued!nOn the top of that I could hear abusive language in Punjabi from the kitchen. I’m never visiting this place again unless things get better.
