When trying to sell our house this time, we decided to go with someone who has been involved in the real estate market for a number of years.  Kelsey Adam is a realtor that we have known for a number of years and who we have great respect for.   He really “knows his stuff”.  We contacted him on a Monday and by Friday afternoon our home was listed. The paperwork was a little extra work as I live in BC and Adrian is in Swift Current.  However, Kelsey made it easy and was always available to answer questions and helped out in any way he could.  Kelsey provided a good market analysis and helped us to price our home reasonably well.  By the next day we had an offer with a quick possession date.  Kelsey took great pictures and did an exceptionally good video.  Throughout the process Kelsey helped in answering questions, providing current and valuable information, and gave us his expert opinions.  Kelsey even went out of his way to provide me pictures of the sold sign on the house.  Kelsey stayed on top of everything through all stages of the process from listing to offer to counter offer to conditions being removed etc.  He kept both of us equally informed and up-to-date on how everything was progressing.  Throughout the process he was very courteous and professional.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelsey and would highly recommend Kelsey Adam for any and all your real estate needs. Kelsey worked very hard to find a great home for us.  Moving from another city we were not familiar with the market nor the neighborhoods in Swift Current.  He took time to make us familiar with the city and also worked around our viewing availability.  He also had good recommendations for any contractors etc we needed. How he finds the time in his busy schedule, being the best looking realtor in Swift Current and all, is beyond me but he did. We would highly recommend him and will use him in the future if we need a realtor. Thanks for everything Kelsey.

Kelsey is easily one of the best realtors we have worked with. He was very organized, and always provided valuable advice at the right time. Right from our initial meeting when he discussed a realistic pricing strategy, to our move-out day when he suggested what the next steps should be, I could clearly see that he always had our best interest in mind. He was also so helpful; I can't forget the support he provided to help us remove our house curtains when I had difficulty removing them due to my sports injury, and also when he took the initiative and arranged for some work that needed to be done prior to possession.
