I have been renting with Royal Lepage Formula One for 4 years now,They have been very good to deal with. I’m renting my second property with them and they were very accommodating with my needs and always there to fix any problems right away. I HIGHLY recommend Formula One to anyone looking to rent a place.

They started out really good but a couple months in to renting from them we spoke to the manager and she told us if we gave her a good review they’d make payment arrangements with us. Not only that but the room my daughter was in had mild everywhere, rain and snow always leaked into the house. We informed them of all the issues we were having and finally my husband said if they bought the drywall he would fix our daughters room. Not even 2 days after that they told us to move but would help find another rental from them, they lied. They are not friendly and very rude as well as lie to their tenants. Bad place to rent from or even deal with.

I have been renting through Royal Lepage for the past 6 years. I have had excellent service. The ladies in the office are friendly and very helpful. When there have been issues with my rental, I call the office immediately and the ladies are very quick to have the appropriate repair person come out to look after the problem. I would highly recommend this rental management company to anyone. Thank you for doing such an AMAZING job ladies!

Rented for two years from them. They seemed alright at first but management is disorganized to the point that they took money out of my account the month after I left. They also were not able to promptly refund me.

Majority of the time staying in the apartment run by formula 1 I was unable to contact them or the landlord for answers to concerns or my concerns were dismissed without a thought. We had roaches for a few months while staying there and minimal effort was put forth by formula 1 to rectify the situation. I was extremely unhappy with service and communication through the the entire process.

Erin and the Royal LePage Formula 1 team work hard to meet their client's home wish list. They are genuine people who are available and eager to connect with communities in Swift Current and Southwest Saskatchewan.

I learned first hand about deceptiveness and unprofessionalism after participating in a hearing for one of RLP-F1s tenants.  My message to “You” is circumstances can change at anytime, don’t devalue or hurt anyone - just because you can.  You may be powerful today, but time is more powerful than you!  What goes around, comes around.
