Terrible experience with Rod Bearchell - I came all the way from Calgary to see an acreage which on the map was 2 km outside of town. After my phone conversations with Rod who said the neighbours are "down the road" and the septic "pond" was a ways away. Drove 8 hours only to find out he had not checked MLS on location, nor had he bothered to tell me the acreage was in a small town with burned out cars and piles of junk every where. Promised to remit my gas to me, but won't answer emails now. Not a realtor who could be considered honest and forthcoming. Think typical car salesman! Be very very careful.
