I started going to this gym in late January. The coaches are fantastic and the workouts are excellent.  Coaches are also very knowledgeable on nutrition and healthy eating. Everyone that goes there is very friendly and encouraging.   Since starting with this fitness family I have lost over 25 pounds and over 10 inches.  I feel better and my blood pressure and blood sugar have dropped into healthy readings. I am still working on my goals which are ever changing as I am accomplishing them one at a time.  I feel confident I can achieve my goals with the help of my fitness family at Kawartha Lakes Fit Corps Boot Camp.

Most amazing fitness centre for miles around! Trainers are knowledgeable, inspiring and amazing. They push you harder than you’ve ever worked before! I look forward to going every day!

Amazing place and great coaches.  Price is right as well. Down fall for me is location. Wish there was a peterborough location. I spend more on gas going then the membership fee. Still love it non the less.

This is by far the best place I have gone to for working out! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly!
