The great support system and guidance from the coaches is what makes Crossfit Ptbo a great gym! It's not just equipments and workouts, Crossfit Ptbo is a community of people who inspire each other to work harder to be healthier, fitter, and stronger! I can't imagine getting the same from any other gym in the city! 10 stars!!
