Great place to be! If you want to lift weights, make friends, and get results I recommend 24/7! Matt is helpful and many of the people there are willing to give some advice if they see that you're trying something new. Some advice though, if you aren't used to loud noises bring earphones; It can get intense after 5 PM.

Love the gym, the staff is friendly. There's the freedom of 24/7 for anyone's busy schedule. However, parking downtown can be tricky sometimes. Additionally, 95% of the time I go, someone is always obnociously blaring music. I have to crank my music really high to combat this. Rather unhappy with this aspect.

Amazing atmosphere, Awesome staff, and a cheerful place to be. Being greeted every morning by name is what gives my daily routine a great start. This place truly makes you feel at home, and amongst family.

I started in this gym, went to a few others in town, and I keep coming back here. 
Old school gym, great atmosphere, it's not a social playground, it's where you go in and get work done. 5 stars
