Just shopped in, Ray was phenomenal. He helped me get some awesome stuff. Went up and above to get us proper sizes, alternatives and checking inventory. It was a great experience. Thanks!!

I came yesterday for an exchange, and found the customer service to be very inconsistent. The representative at the counter was friendly, but the representative who greeted me seemed annoyed, behaved like he was entitled, as i was telling him my reason for exchange. I agree with other reviewers here, the customer service here is not consistent. When i had come the day before, every body was so kind and sincere.

Bought lots of stuff! So many things were on sale it was nice :

We went to store this afternoon , try to looking for a Porsche shirt for my friend’s birthday. The lady at door greet us right away, but when we inside checking the shirt and ask the sales men if they have any other colour, he leaned on cash counter and said no. Ok, the attitude is pretty bad. Apparently he wants pick his own customers. We went to Harry Rosen to placed the order and the service is excellent.

Horrible and bad customer service as I bought stuff from store and tried to file a complain to the company online and over the phone but I was told to go back to the store trying yo solve it as every store has different policy …. I recommend if you like their product don’t buy from them but from The Bay or any other store has good customer service

Sandra who works for Hugo Boss at The Bay is the most rude and arrogant person in retail globally! Choose Ralph Lauren or Rodd x Gunn clothing because the attitude of employees at Hugo Boss stinks!

I wear a lot of Boss clothes. This review is for their website. Honestly, it is terrible. Inventory was not good, and it took 3 weeks to ship an order I placed online. I sent multiple emails asking when the order would ship, and never any response. I recommend only shopping at their stores or buying online through a 3rd party since their official online store is junk.

Horrible and rude customer service. Was about to buy some pieces but after being blatantly ignored by your staff and store manager, I left. Hire a new manager, the fish rots from the head!

I was shopping for a new spring jacket and Rocky from Hugo Boss helped us try a bunch of new clothes and shoes. He remembered our names when we came back a few days later. Really impressed with the quality of their clothes and service. I will be back for more soon.

I have been purchasing clothing here for several years and have had generally very positive experiences. The clothing is well made, I have been wearing some of their jeans for years on an almost daily basis and they are still in excellent condition. I have also purchased two suits from here and while the fitting process did take a few more attempts then I would have liked I did end up with a great suit which is what matters most.
