The receptionist needs to learn people skills. She did not make me feel welcome at all! Josie how ever provides A1 top notch service every time. Josie has magic hands and is very professional. I highly recommend her.

I was greeted by a very loud person. She was basically yelling at me. Very nice, but perhaps she needs some hearing aids or they need to turn the music down, because its kind of abrasive when you first walk in. Also, she wasn't dressed up nice, she had super tight fitting jeans that she basically busting out of, I mean come on, I am going to the spa - the first face I see of the company should be a professional one. I went for a pedicure, and it was okay. Lots of the estheticians had a lot of tattoos though. Don't get me wrong, tatoss are fine, but when you're at work, that stuff should be covered up. But, it was very relaxing, and the people who worked there were nice. Usually though, I like to have my nail bed buffed a bit, so you don't see the ridges when they apply the polish. but it's fine. Aside from that I found the price to be a bit steep. I 've been to places where you get a hot compress on the leg and nice pumice massage, but here that cost $10 extra. To me, $55 for regular polish pedicure is already a bit too much. Perhaps if they upped their presentation and professionalism a bit, I'd consider returning, but likely not.

$40 for just a cut (not including tip) No shampoo, scalp massage or style. In and out in a half hour and the stylist was on her phone while I was paying. Nothing impressive about this place.

Second time getting brow wax from Jessica and I have to say I'm very happy. She listened to my past bad experiences and made sure I was happy with the outcome! Super sweet and friendly- finally found someone to go to again :)
