I received my product in a very good quality, the price they provided me was the best across the internet. They even gave me a scarf as a gift and the best part was a hand written note which made my day and make me feel attached. Really satisfied with the product, service, delivery, gift and one on one feeling.

I bought a jacket online and I had the most outstanding service ever! They were quick and easy to deal with, even when I forgot to apply a coupon code, they willingly applied it after I placed my order. I received a personalized note on the receipt when I got my jacket in the mail! I definitely would buy from this place again, they are such a pleasure to deal with! Thank you SOOO much! I bought a winter jacket, a pair of boots and a dress from mixmix. I love them all and I was so impressed with their customer service! They helped me patiently to find my size and liking! I actually went to their store in Plateau they have a wonderful tea salon! and I enjoyed their sincere service as well as their online service. Both online and store service were great and I will definitely refer this store to my friends who look for a winter jacket and more!

The service was outstanding and very fast my coat was shipped out the same day. They took the time to personalize the paper work with a hand written not to me witch really impressed me as no one does that any more. Item was exactly as described. and they even sent me a free scarf that was on the website but I didn't see it will not hesitate to order from mixmix again

I’ll start off by saying I almost never write reviews, and when I do, it is because I’ve received exceptionally good service. While I am very happy with the jacket I purchased, my experience with Espace MixMix was not acceptable. I purchased a Rudsak jacket from them, provided my personal phone number and email, as well as my credit details. The order was processed and I received an order confirmation shorty after—all pretty standard protocol. An hour later I receive a string of emails to my work address from other employees in the company office in Ottawa I am in Toronto, telling me that someone called the front desk and call centre looking for me to confirm a jacket order. This phone number is used to report emergency problems within the company, and calling it jams up the lines, not to mention is a huge invasion of privacy. On top of this, I am in a contract position that is up for renewal, and having personal phone calls and email exchanges on business time is not only incredibly embarrassing, but jeopardizes the continuation of my job. I contacted the Montreal store, where the manager who was extremely nice and helpful investigated and found out that an employee got my work info off of LinkedIn not sure how he was certain this was even the right person, and contacted my employer. This phone number is not even listed on LinkedIn, so he must have looked into it even further. Still, somehow, he called an office in a different city, and shared personal information with them regarding my purchase. I have never, and would never give permission for them to do this. The store manager was at a loss for words at how this could have happened, ensured they would look into it, and forwarded me to the online manager. In my correspondence with online manager Neil Bragg, he was completely unprofessional, brushed off my concerns, and was dismissive in his responses. His response to me email politely explaining my concerns was to re-send my order confirmation, and when i said this did not address my concerns, he sent back “no probs”. He hasn’t so much as offered an apology, or to rectify this for me. He continues to insist “we’re not the bad guys here”, that they are just protecting me from credit card fraud, and that many stores do this. I am protected from fraud from my bank, I have made many large purchases online, and this has never happened before. Ultimately, he refused to forward me to the president of the company I emailed and called to no avail, so I have been forced to write this review to let others know about my experience.

I bought a winter coat here and the service was so great the people were very knowledgeable. I signed up to the newsletter for this store cause there’s always such great deals all in all an awesome experience

claims to be a quebec clothing retailer but most of their clothing is low end asian made like buffalo, point zero. sell almost no quebec made clothing. quite disappointed.
