She wrote: "I don’t want to bring a buyer. I want to list for you, reduce my commission to 4% rather than 5%, have it sold in a timely manner and for the most money." Vanessa Singh wrote me even though it was a for sale by owner advert, I replied and I asked her if she had a buyer for 2% commission. Actually, I sold it without out her and for the most money - bidding war, and saved 5% commission $18000 for basically nothing service other then putting in on the MLS. Instead, I bought a lockbox myself, which is what realtors do for showings, and listed in on MLS myself for $700 with FSBO flat fee. Anyhow, what kind of a reply is "I dont want to bring you a buyer"? from a realtor? Why not just write, give me $18000 for nothing, and be glad to do it!

Dealing with Niraj Singhal regarding a recent rental unit he was representing was extremely disappointing. The listing was written as shown in the photo and upon dealing with the agent only through text very odd considering I had called and emailed, never texted, I stayed in the city an extra 2.5 hours for an appointment the following day to view the apartment. Upon arriving the agent was very cold and completely unfriendly knowing that it would not take much effort on his part to rent this unit. After agreeing to take the apartments and starting to hash out the details, upon confirming the pet situation all of a sudden the unit was not "pet friendly", then perhaps "up to a certain weight", and also "generally not preferred". I was shocked that I was being discriminated against in this way from confirming the tenancy based on information which was stated in the original listing. Not only was the agent very sketchy at this point for his lack or wilful misinformation about the situation, I never heard back regarding the correct "pet rules" only received a Friday morning message saying "Hi. Sorry to ruin your Good Friday but the landlord decided to go with another tenant." Very unprofessional and my family and I will be taking our purchases in the near future elsewhere outside of Coldwell Banker.

The environment of Coldwell Banker First Ottawa is outstanding. Everyone is willing to help and lend a hand. From Agents to admin, even the management team are ready to assist.

I work here and the staff, ownership group and other agents are well trained and very knowledgable.
