It was a pleasure for my husband and me to work with Jake Prescott again. We worked with Jake 5 years ago when we were looking for a house to buy. This time, we were selling! We absolutely love Jake's energy and enthusiasm! He is extremely professional, responds to calls, texts and emails with our numerous questions almost immediately! Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable for assessing the work that needed to be done and made very helpful suggestions for staging as well as finding the reputable and reliable businesses to help with the work that needed to be done. We are planning our next real estate project now and will definitely call on Jake again when the time comes. We highly recommend Jake Prescott at Tracy Arnett Realty!!
We could not speak more highly of our experience with Tracy Arnett Realty and, in particular, with Nina Krakowsky. We first met Nina at an open house years ago and were struck by her candor and professionalism. She knew we weren’t really interested in buying at the time, but she took the time to answer our more general questions about homes in the neighbourhood, and even to recommend contractors for some work we were thinking of doing in our home at the time. When we reconnected with Nina years later to sell our house, from the start she was patient, friendly and direct. Within a couple of showings, she had a clear sense of what we were looking for perhaps more clear than we did! and she ultimately managed to help find a house that was absolutely perfect for us in a neighbourhood we love. In a quickly changing market, Nina guided us through the incredibly quick sale of our home and the successful purchase of another. Because the brokerage was representing more than one client in the transaction involving our home, other members of the Tracy Arnett Realty team were also involved. They were scrupulous in their approach to a complicated deal and we found everyone imminently professional, ethical and reliable throughout the process. The recommendations they provided to other resources e.g. mortgage brokers and contractors were also exceptional. We think we have found our forever home, but if we ever decide to move again, it will be with the guidance of Nina and her team. We recommend her unreservedly and wholeheartedly. We had Nina from Tracy Arnett as our realtor, recommended to us by my partner's parents. She was absolutely phenomenal and very professional in our house search. Whatever time of day she was responsive. Her knowledge and guidance made every step a breeze even the most stressful ones!. It always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. Highly recommend Nina and her colleagues when hunting for a new place!
I had only lived in the Ottawa area for a couple years when I was interested to speak to a realtor, so I wasn’t sure where to start. Using only a Google search, I contacted three real estate firms and Glenn at Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd was the first to reach out to me. He immediately scheduled a phone call and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. At this point I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent or buy, and he didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. The initial phone call was a full 45-minute conversation and I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind even if that meant not hiring a realtor!. The next day he set up both a rental and purchasing search with the criteria I had discussed with him. After some deliberation on my end, I decided I wanted to buy a condo, and Glenn was very quick to set up showings. I was a first-time home buyer and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I ended up purchasing my condo for under the asking price and with the closing date that I wanted. Even after closing, Glenn took the time to check in on me. I would highly recommend Glenn!
We were moving to Ottawa for work reasons and were put in touch with Tracy's team by our estate agent in Sudbury. Jake was quick to respond and set up viewings for us. His knowledge of the Ottawa market was incredibly useful to us. Having him walk through properties with us was a pleasure and his attention to detail was a great help. Jake was also quick to respond to any queries we had and he was an excellent guide through the buying process. We enjoyed working with him and he made the stressful task of buying a home much easier for us.
My husband and I decided to purchase a home after years of renting and the associated hassle. Nina Krakowsky from Tracey Arnett was recommended to us by friends. It was a refreshing experience having Jonathan as my realtor. He noticed small details that were important to me looking for a property and was a great person to relay ideas back and forth with. In that, it felt that he added a personal touch and cared that I got the property I wanted. As a first time home buyer, Jonathan took care of all the aspects of the process that can be stressful and made the whole experience very fun. As happy as I am with my property, I can only say I will miss working with him! He is kind and professional, making him an amazing realtor.
