I was able to work with Tania David whilst looking for a potential investment property. Tania was very professional and extremely detail-oriented. Jacob from the Donnelly group was just perfect! From the start the communication was easy and was always available. It was like he knew what we wanted even though we couldn't explain it. And to make it a even more incredible experience he was able to negotiate the price and terms to make ours dream come true. If you want someone dedicated and truly love what he does you need Jacob. I worked with Tanya to find a rental property in the Ottawa area, and moving from out of town under a time crunch was stressful enough, but Tanya was a delight to work with. Anthony helped us buy a house in Ottawa through a virtual process first, with both of us living in other cities. When we moved to the city, he made visiting the house, the offer and negotiation process with a not-so-easy selling party, inspection, and finalization of the deal absolutely seamless. He then leased the condo I own in Ottawa for me, arranging visits, background checks and lease agreement etc., which again was really smooth. The company’s service and website were very professional as well, thank you Jen and Sabrina. He went above and beyond. Thank you!!!
