Kalsamrit Gym Bowmanville
Kalsamrit comes from the Thai word "Kaewsamrit", meaning "glass of knowledge". With this meaning in mind we encourage our students and members to come in with an empty glass and have our diverse team fill it with our professional experience and knowledge while having fun, making friends, and getting into great shape.
Kalsamrit Studios was originally intended to primarily be a Muay Thai / MMA gym, but with so much interest within the Courtice area for a Yoga studio, we expanded. A professional Yoga & Fitness team was assembled to provide the people of Courtice what they wanted.
We are excited to be operating a brand new, very clean, and welcoming Yoga studio with an amazing team of very experienced teachers. Studio A will be the new home of our Yoga & Fitness programs.
Our goal for Studio B is to have an amazing place to train, where egos are checked at the door, and where people from all different skill levels are welcome! We train as a team and fight as a family!
