Jodi and her team are amazing at making you feel welcome every time you walk in. The gym is always clean, the classes and instructors are fun, energetic and always staying current. If you are looking for someone to encourage you and keep you accountable, Amber is an excellent personal trainer. I leave the gym feeling great about my workout and know the staff are a big part of that.
Been coming here for about 4 years, facilities are clean and staff are willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Equipment or amenities needing repair are usually fixed fairly fast, lots.of variety for machines and freeweights, I have taken advantage of a few classes they offer, pretty fun for a change. I work shifts so I am usually able to squeeze a workout within the times they are in operation.
Very clean gym, extremely friendly staff always great you with a “hello, how are you” or another friendly greeting. I took a fitness class with George and he was very well informed about fitness and gave to tips to reach my goals. If you want a clean gym that is welcoming here’s your place.
I've been a member for 10 + years- no complaints. The instructors of the group classes are enthusiastic, the facility is always clean and the clientele is a combination of highly fit people and average everyday people like me who just want to stay healthy. Tv's on the treadmills would be a bonus, but now that they have wifi at least i can use my own phone. Keep up the good work Jodi and staff!
Great gym, friendly staff. At times it can be busy but the Google 'popular times' is fairly accurate. JUMP is closed 12-4 weekdays limiting the hours I can go. Clean equipment. Great class instructors. Variety of machines available.
Staff is exceptionally friendly. Child care is absolutely top notch. Both my kids have a great time. Everything is always exceptionally clean. Wish they had towel service like other locations.
Solid 1.5 but I'll round down. Small, awful layout, no towels and the worst hours ever. Had a bad experience with a staff member who was too busy surfing the net to help a customer. Heard rumours of a new location coming but have been hearing that for years. I live close, but drive to go to another location...ya it's that bad.
Please clearly state on your website or google that this gym doesn’t carry towels. If you have showers I would only assume you’d carry towels for use.. now the debate is to go to the work meeting sweaty and smelly or soaking wet from a shower.
Not even worth one star, lack of any organization ,customer service and management. If you looking for personal training classes this is the last place you should check. One thing they good at is to take your money. The client here always comes last. I can't get my money back so all l can do is just to let people know that this is the worst gym I've ever been to.
Change rooms are way to small and have an awkward layout. It's frustrating to walk through them. Busy times feel extrememly crowded. Can't stand when one of the front desk attendants has to take my pass from my hand and scan it themselves. Sometime they do, sometimes they don't. What up with that!
