We always buy furniture from Edmonton and thought that good furniture is not available in Fort McMurray! That’s completely wrong ! We went to Brick Outlet and was amazed to see their collection! All types of furniture and appliances are available there. Store size is big, wide open, you can see one corner to other. Nicely decorated and very good layout for furniture. We really liked the store. The staffs are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Canadian make items are available in 3/4 days. However, outside Canada make items has long delivery time due to 3 month or so due to COVID-19 pandemic. Product price is reasonable. Some items are on sale. We bought few items and are very happy with the price and customer service. There are parking available for customers. I highly recommend to buy furniture from this store.
My partner and I purchased a new bed from The Brick store on Riedel St. nearly three weeks ago. We paid the enviro fee which covered a pick up of our old bed and with our flexc. credit card we were eligible for free delivery. Amazing right? Well the due date came for delivery and we received a call stating the bed was on back order and unsure of when it can be delivered. Fast forward a few days later and we get a call trying for delivery on days we both work. So, being thrilled for our new bed we asked if we could pick it up/ take the old bed ourselves to the outlet store in Gregoire. No problem. We get to the outlet store, say we’re picking up our order and state we have the old bed with us as well. The rude tone and lack of customer service from a man we weren’t even dealing with dealing with a younger woman spoke up and said “ah nope. We aren’t taking that. We don’t take garbage here” with a condescending laugh. We spoke up and said we were told on the phone we could bring it here PLUS we paid for the enviro fee AND it’s wrapped”. All three people at the counter gawked at our invoice and saw indeed, we did pay for it! Instead of asking questions or checking first, he automatically shook us off stating he won’t take our “garbage”. Needless to say we got our bed but being paying customers who are essentially doing the brick a favour, didn’t get warm and fuzzy feelings from the whole ordeal.
Picked up online orders ant this location and it has been awful both times. Waited over an hour the first time. Both times they say they are “looking for it” even if they’re the ones who call you saying your order is ready for pick up.
You wait at the counter but no-one behind seems conserned. Then they ask you to reverse park on an unholy hole, and wait for God knows how long for them to show up, Then they don't even bother step down and give you a hand putting you stuff in the care. Seriously, CANADA !!

We got serviced by Dillon and he really helped us with finding the right furniture that fits us with the home decor! He took his time and we didn't feel rushed!! He's very knowledgeable and experienced! He has great customer service skills! We look forward to dealing with Dillon in the future!
I called in looking for a bed frame in stock, when Bill called me back he said they had one bed put together but it was "out of my price range because it's a higher end bed".... I never discussed my budget. I asked how much this frame was, it's regular $1400, on sale for $649... Bill, that was probably the worst sales pitch I've ever heard..... I'm insulted and 100% shopping somewhere else. Also, I looked it up online, the bed is actually pretty nice and for $649 I would have purchased it.
My husband and I went in to have a look around for some furniture pieces we needed. Dillon was the one who assisted us, he is/was very knowledgable, accommodating and showed superb customer service! Even after our items were delivered and we had a concern with one of the furniture pieces, he made sure to let us know that everything has been documented and taken care of on their end. Highly recommend going to The Brick Outlet and if you can, ask for Dillon.
We were helped by Dillon for our purchase. I went in to buy a new washer and dryer. I was able to get the washer and dryer I wanted and found a great deal on a couch we also needed. Dillon is very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and costs effortlessly. Everything was easy. Got the delivery done with no issues and I will for sure shop here again if the need arises.
Great service Dillon help me with my TV inquiries and issues. The brick outlet offers great salesman with lots of knowledge on technologies. They are wizards of the electronics. I will recommend this store anytime to all my friends. Warranty works great and they don't hesitate
