Kai Pho

Well what can I say. Authentic and sensational. I had the Pho and the broth was amazing and a great addition to the ingredients. I have traveled half way around the world and couldn’t have been more pleased. The traditional coffee was also yummy.Recommended dishesSaigon Deluxe Pho

My first time in Winnipeg. Originally from Toronto and have had lots of pho. I really loved Kai loves pho. Extremely fresh. One of the best pho experiences I've had and I love pho! Highly recommendFood: 5/5

Got the Steak Banh Mi Pork Banh MI and grilled Pork Verm noodle bowl... Very flavorful and delicious highly recommend if your at City Place.

A low rating as the experience wasn’t the best, the Bun noodle salad was missing dressing, two little cucumber slices, and I waited ten minutes. However the food was great, but needed that extra something the dressing would have provided. Even though I rated it three stars I will be back as the food tasted great. I still highly recommend this place as I’m sure my experience was not the normal.

Not too sure how this place is still in business. Have tried to go to this place twice for a Bahn MI and everytime they don't have any, which is shocking because that makes up 1/3 of their menu. Decided to try and get something else and was going to pay Cash. The guy took my money, then asked if I could pay debit instead. Wouldn't accept my money, which was in perfect condition, just didn't want to make change I guess. Unsure of how someone is supposed to est here when they regularly don't have items. Trying to support local, but I guess I'll go to the other non local stores who will accept cash.

Unsanitary - food handling is the worst. Same gloves that the staff use for raw meat and everything else. I feel sorry for the lady who ordered the sandwich, no foil wrap and sandwich was prepared with the same gloves used with raw meat.

Just like the other person who recently left a review here, I also had a really bad experience. I also waited 20 minutes to get my order. They didn't really seem to care that they were serving their food late. This is the second time it's happened to me this month. I have another friend who had a similar experience a few weeks ago and they said they will not be going back. After this, neither will I.

Got food poisoning from this while pregnant. Horrible experience. Also they got my order wrong once and had to redo it.

Really bad experience. Waited and waited and my food never came, 20 mins. Asked the worker about it and they gave my food to someone else. They didn’t do anything for making me wait 20 mins. They called the Manager Vivian and she only offered me 20% off od my next visit. I told them I would not be back. Really poorly run and bad management practices. Would not recommend. The food is good but the customer service is horrendous.

A few weeks ago I placed an order for my family, over the phone b/c I was running to my other job and wanted it to be ready when I got there. I was late by 20 mins b/c they didn't start making it until I got there.
