SUMMARY: avoid this restaurant. 1/5 DETAILES REVIEW: there are a lot more Vietnamese restaurants in the city that serve better food. Pho Winnipeg is not one of them. It is only a one star review because it is the lowest I can give, and zero stars is not an option. I have ordered a deluxe pho bowl and a pound of chicken wings through skip the dishes. The total was around thirty dollars including tax, delivery fee, and tip for my Skip driver. The actual total of the food was around 22.53 CAD. The delivery came, and I encountered at least three problems: 1. The portions were small for a “large” deluxe pho bowl. 2. The noodles were undercook and soggy - as if it was sitting in a steel pot all day after being cooked. 3. The 1 pound of chicken wings they served me was six, small chicken wings in a tiny take-home box. The food was not good. It was such a bad experience that I automatically felt upset for the people in the future who will have the same experience I just had. In the end, I was glad that I bought this food only for myself and not for my friends and family. Please avoid this place.

Fairly priced, fair portions, fair price for add on. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Little noisier later on weekend nights as theres people clapping their cheeks for old men next door. I orderd the beef vermicelli, i did order extra meat keep in mind because of my dietary needs right now and was very satisfied from this local business. The extra was only 5$ and well worth it as i like good extra toppings and am willing to pay a little extra. Very friendly staff it was a little noisy as i was later in the night but to avoid that come earlier when the strippers arnt clapping there cheeks for old men for very little. Besides that not being the owners fault completely ill definitely be back for more delicious food. I recommend it.

Travelling through from Sask, stopped here for some late night dine In and we weren’t sure what to expect, then this incredible looking meal came out to our table, it was just as flavourful as it looked, we were blown away!! 10/10 would come here again! The Vermicelli salads are perfectly cooked and topped with everything delicious from sweet charred pork and beef slices to grilled seafood. Best Asian Salad in the Peg! No scrimping on ingredients here Mom made style salad. Seafood medley and BBQ pork in it with apples,carrots and of course the papaya. Crunchy and refreshing: sweet and spicy salad. Tasty egg roll and a different twist on breaded shrimp not Tempura light batter style. But soft fluffy potato breading. Family owned and the warmth shows by the daughter tending the cash and service. Don't let the location turn you off as inside it is very upbeat modern and clean. Great price for huge portions of good food.

This is absolutely my favorite place in Winnipeg. Food is so good and the serverI don't know her name sorryis the best server I've ever met. She's so sweet and serves with the best customer service ever! My family LOVES this place. I most likely get same things all the time. Their fried rice is lit, vermicelli has lots of meats & veggies, pho tastes so good and summer roll is amazing. Overall food quality is very decent and yummy. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

If this review had a zero star I would give this restaurant a zero star. really too bad. I ordered vermicelli with grilled spring rolls for $11.45 but I got the same in return. too bad

Awesome place. Don't underestimate its location. Soup is very tasty. Serving size is big. Price is reasonable. Parking is spacious. I would suggest to the owners to put a wifi. Place is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended especially during brutal winter.
