We have been bringing our pets here for over 7 years. The prices were amazing and he never added any costs that weren’t necessary, not the friendliest place but they had good care.. or so I thought. I brought my dog in because she was bleeding orally; the vet took one look in her mouth and told us there was nothing he could do and to euthanize her she’s not even 2 years old yet .. no offer of testing or any other options to help her. He never showed us our previous x rays where he has concerns and assured us my dog was fine during her last appointment when she really wasn’t. I brought her into another vet right after her “diagnosis” where she is being treated and I’m told she has multiple options to a healthy FULL recovery. Absolutely disgusting practice, no one I know will be coming back here.
We've been visiting Dr Saini for around 3 years now and it has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and goes through all of your options with as much information as you ask for. In my 10 years of cat ownership, one constant has always been the "upsell", where the vet would sell you things your pet doesn't need or get you to get some dubious add-on for extra cost. Not here! Multiple times we've been discouraged to spend more when it was not strictly needed. I 100% trust the option and recommendations of Dr Saini because he has never tried to upsell us on an unnecessary expense.
Amazing vet, makes time for you and doesn't try to make money on emergencies. Compassionate, we overpaid on services , we wouldn't have known, dr. Refunded us, . Honest, and very practical.
This vet cares first and foremost about the animals and not about profit. He does not try to force unnecessary procedures onto you. He's very professional and we cannot recommend him enough. We're lucky to have Dr. Saini caring for our animals.
Very rude receptionist, hung up on me 3 times. First they said they were closed they were not, second time they said they were busy and the third time they said the information had been sent, it was not. Each time he hung up on me
Dr Singh is a very caring and highly skilled veterinarian. I have the utmost confidence in his care. My cats seem to sense his kind heart and they do not get so stressed as they have done at other animal hospitals.
Recently had a few experiences with this vet. On the first account, our family had to put down one of our cats as he was really old and was experiencing lots of problems. This vet took our cat and didn't really allow us any time to say goodbye or do anything of the sort whereas our new vet did allow us some time despite the current health crisis. On the second occasion, we called regarding our kitten that was obviously having some sort of issue. The vet here offered no usable recommendations or advice and no flexibility with appointments as we were concerned about our kitten's health. We took our kitten to another vet and it turns out she was suffering from a rare genetic disorder and was in pain. We had to put her down as this disorder usually means the kitten won't make it but at least we were able to do so before the kitten suffered any more than necessary. I was very disappointed with this vet and his attitude. Very impersonal, rude and showed very little compassion for our cats. Luckily we found another vet that was much better in all respects. This vet came across as someone who was only interested in the business side.
I had called this clinic to get rabies for a mutual client as I work in a pet care facility and person who picked up he was very rude. He said he was closed and tried to end the call and I said the website said your open and he said we close and open when we like and ended the call. Very rude person would not recommend going to this vet if u do change VETS!!!
