Highly unprofessionally ran company. I recommend steering clear of booking any party with this company and finding another, more professional and reasonable company to book with. That is not the case and I’ve discussed with you that was not my understanding and I would not have booked if my deposit of $300 was non refundable. I could understand if you had an administrative cost like most places of $20-$60 non refundable but $300 is absolutely not acceptable and is robbery. I cancelled my booking after a few days from the original booking and weeks out from the date of the party as the time slot you had available was now conflicting with my child’s sporting activity that just got posted. You have 0 consideration or empathy and told me Good Luck in your reply.

We had a 2 year old birthday party their today, not impress. It was so cold in the building, no one had fun because everyone was so cold. Do not booked there in the winter months, the owners are to cheap to turn on the heat for the little ones.Only 8 degrees in the building spending two hours there. Has owners you such give the money back we where in zone two from 2:00 to 4:00. The birthday party was not a hit.

Stellar place to have your party at! I'm sad to see a bunch of customers from the same party to be giving this business bad rap, bringing the rates down, even though they were fully reimbursed by the owners for the heating mishap. Those reviews have to be taken down. If you are doubting booking Jump Zone because of those- please disregard them or reach out to the owners for more information. We had amazing 2 hours with everything and more one could need to have an amazing celebration. Zero complaints or things to mention maybe give a heads up to bring some change with - kids wanted those small toys from the treat/small gifts machines, but we didn't have any on hand, as we didnt know they had the machines there Both kids and adults were impressed - this private rental is a true gem.

We drove 2 and a 1/2 hours to come to my great granddaughters 2nd birthday party it was so cold I sat in the car to keep my feet warm after 2 hours the place still hasn't warmed up to 10!
