Right from the start, Carrie was fabulous to deal with and was patient and flexible when coordinating a party date. On the day of the party, Carrie and Rob arrived on time and got everything set up well in advance of the party's start time. Our package included the popcorn machine and cotton candy. Both were HUGE hits with the kids and adults, too!. Rob wiped down the interior of the entire bouncy castle just after setting it up and the popcorn machine was so clean that we were initially afraid to use it! No detail was overlooked. The minute Carrie and Rob drove away after taking down the bouncy castle and packing up the popcorn machine, my kids were already planning their next party! Without hesitation, I would 100% recommend Kanga Inflatables - not just for their bouncy castle rentals, but also for their party extras, including the popcorn machine, slush machine which we did not rent... this time!, and cotton candy.

After terrible service from 2 other companies that tried to upsell me on packaged, Carrie was able to accommodate and provide exactly what I wanted!!! No upselling. Super friendly! Thank you Carrie!

Amazing service, friendly and easy to deal with. Great bouncy castle options. They came and wiped everything down for us and set everything up. This is our 2nd year using this company and we will definitely use them again!
