One of the best fried chicken I've ever had and its just outside of pape station! Friendly staff that works clean and allowed us to dine in since it was a rainy day. I enjoyed my chicken waffle. You get a lot more compared to places that offer chicken & waffle, which is great since its roughly the same price. However, even though I saw cheese sprinkled on it I did not get the taste. Otherwise, pretty good and would come again
Juicy Birds is your best bet for fried chicken. All their burgers are great. Chicken bites and wings are amazing. Everything on the menu is very rich in flavour and also the loaded poutine is a must try. Everything is made in house and from scratch, always fresh. The staff is really friendly and humble. Very conveniently located. All the best team Juicy Birds.
We got the original and the hot honey sandwiches and the dirty fries and they were both full of flavour! The fries were especially good and the their sauce was 10/10. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I’m not a huge fan of dark meat in sandwiches; there was a lot of fat in my sandwich.
The food was amazing. By far this is the best Nashville chicken sandwich i have had. Their tenders were juicy as well just as the name suggests. The flavour was on point. Totally worth a visit
Some of the best fried chicken in the city. Getting the sandwich with the brioche bun is a delicious option. I’m a huge fan of the tenders when they are made “Nashville hot.” Also, there are white and dark meat options for everything! Vegetarian options: There are virtually no vegetarian options. There are fries, vegetarian desserts, etc., but the menu is predominantly chicken-based products. Kid-friendliness: The menu is very kid-friendly. The restaurant itself doesn’t have much seating space, so you probably wouldn’t want to bring kids here to sit down. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, but the restaurant is about 10 seconds away from Pape Station’s parking lot. So, that’s convenient. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible since the restaurant is on the ground floor and is accessible from the street. Dietary restrictions: You definitely don’t want to eat here if you’re vegan. Beyond that, there are sufficient options to choose from if you’re OK with eating meat.
Totally worth the drive from Mississauga during rush hour traffic. Had the Goat and the buffalo beast sandwich. The Goat sandwich was crispier and much more flavourful than the buffalo beast. The fries were amazing. Also ordered two thigh pieces which were not as flavourful as the sandwiches and lacked spices. The full menu is halal. The staff was friendly and service was fast.
OMG delicious. One of the best chicken sandwiches in Toronto and best we've tried in the east end. Generous, tasty and a family owned place. All good.
The most fabulous fried chicken sandwich and dirty fries you can ever have. For more details follow on Instagram @1500_calories_plus
Best chicken sandwich in the city. They use dark meat thighs, which means the chicken stays nice and juicy. The batter is crispy even after dipped in the hot oil. I chose the nashville hot spice level was just hot enough. They also add coleslaw and a pickle which adds a nice freshness to the sandwich and cuts through the richness of it all. The Mac and cheese was lit
Been here twice. First time the chicken was juicy and big. Today the chicken is very thin and very dry and the fries are old and a lot of them are very hard, not crispy at all. Maybe it’s because i came at 1:30am but i thought everything is made to order fresh
