Nice, refreshing, healthy fruit and veggie juice made fresh before your eyes! Had the triple c which was a combination of carrots, apple, and orange and it tasted great good service.
Excellent customer service provided by the store supervisor. I'm a regular customer at this store, and the store supervisor always recognizes customers and provides 5 star, tailor-made service. This is the main reason I keep coming back. I hope Jugo Juice never forgets that good customer service is the foundation and the key to a long-lasting business.
I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to look back at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN’T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned my rewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn’t not RECORD the transaction for my order that I made…the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn’t even say sorry for her mistake!!!! SERVICE is so bad and the drink is too sour! I can barely finish it. For almost paying $9 for each drink this is very disappointing !! NEVER COMING BACK! I really hope that the head office will check this location!! worst location ever!
It's a shake and smoothie shop with prepared foods ready to go for lunch. They are a food stall in a food court. Stinks are quickly mixed together with the regular pre made ingredients then any extras the customer wants. The green shakes are my favorite though all the shakes are a little too sugared to be considered very healthy. They can make a vegan shake with a little effort as they have soy and almond milk as well as vegan proteins. Staff are usually fine. Parking is available from the mall lots with the rooftop parking being the closest. There are two major transit hubs close by, the Canada line stop for Brighouse and the bus hub for several different buses.
We ordered the Falafel Wrap and there was no hummus inside; it was not right. Also, the cashier let me use the credit card machine when I tried to pay with a gift card when she needed to process the gift card for me instead she wasted my time because the machine did not respond to the gift card. I tried to ask for her help but she was not available. She rudely pointed at the credit card machine when she asked us if we wanted the wrap to be heated. This was unnecessary and rude. Also, the manager appeared very unapproachable
Good staff, quick, and friendly a little to watery on pb protein today, usually is perfect
Usually, when I order apple juice in Cf Richmond center’s Jugo juice, they make juice using fresh apple. However, today they used some juice from the cup from inside then pour in to juicer and use a few fresh apple to make juice. The taste is not like the fresh apple but bottle apple drink. I’m very disappointed
Serves great smoothies most of the time. One thing that I found a little disturbing, was that the guy working last time handled cash coins and bills, and didn't even wash his hands before proceeding to make the customers smoothies. Cash is insanely dirty, and your employees should be taking sanitary measures seriously.
Fast service. My go-tos are the summer strawberry and blushing mango.
Now every time I ordered a Good Shot it’s already made and they just grab it from the fridge and added the cayenne they found a way to be freaking lazy and same goes at the Pacific Centre. They don’t make it fresh so they don’t need to clean the machine.
