I've been in there with money to spend a couple times and find the energy from the woman there downright unfriendly and they did a really bad job re-stringing some pearls I entrusted them with. They obviously didn't understand I wanted a professional job and I have costs too in contracting the job to them plus driving to Parksville from Nanaimo. They could've charged more for the service and done a proper job. I would not refer anyone there for anything. Sorry. Got to be honest. And, I am out $35 as well and still need my pearls re-strung.

Alway have an amazing experience here, every time I go in looking for something in specific they help me pick through everything until I find what I'm looking for. Staff is very welcoming and kind, also I love it when I walk into the store when they're playing calming music.

Shopping in store only, so if you're looking to have items sent to you it's not going to happen and you won't get a call back telling you that either.

I have always found a comfortable atmosphere and have had no issues with staff. Myself and my adult kids shop there all the time and would not hesitiate to recommend the shop to anyone. Possibly the negative attitudes comes from bad energy!!!!!!! Possibly a crystal doesn't agree with it:) I will agree the store is not handicapped accessible but they had no problem moving items so I could get my wheelchair around, the entire strip mall is inaccessible as I am sure it's one of Parksvilles oldest buildings. It's also why they publish their hours I mean we all have lives don't we?

Staff was unfriendly and store was not handicapped accessible. Showed up 20 minutes before store closed knowing that there was limited time to shop. Was reminded constantly that store was closing by the two staff members. It felt like I was being rushed to choose my purchases. Ended up only spending $2 because I did not like the atmosphere or the customer service. Came from out of province and was looking for a bead shop. This store came up in Google search. Would never shop there again.
