My husband surprised me with a beautiful cameo ring crafted by Jahnke. It is very unique and a pleasure to wear. Highly recommended.

He doesn't suffer fools gladly. However, I was seriously interested in his work and he took the time to advise me. Certainly not a place for instant gratification ( or watch batteries), but service and information that's so sadly lacking in retail these days. Definitely high end, which I'm not, but something I aspire to.

Just phoned to see what they pay for scrap gold... He was very rude and hung up before I could explain what I had. Very un professional move.

Horrendous service! This mere man think he is immortal throwing a book at me when I asked for a jewel repair ! He stated beligerently " I am a goldsmith ,LOOK AT MY WORK, I am not a jeweller. Wow could I be in the old country where men bellow and yell at women? TIP : THIS IS PARKSVILLE...REPEAT BUSINESS IS WHERE YOUR C.S. SHOULD LIE !
