John was recommended to me by my sister. She told me that he would be able to fix our computer and speed up our Mac so we could optimize its use for another several years. We have a 2009 Mac Book Pro. John took a look at it and immediately came up with a recommendation. John also understood that it would be difficult to be without our computer for a number of days so he had it back to us within 24 hours. John is extremely professional, knowledgeable and accessible. Also, his prices were very reasonable and affordable. All of which, I really appreciated it. I highly recommend JTG computers!

From knowing just about nothing about my computer only a few basics. John has shown me all of the wonders of Google Products and my Computer is 10X faster then it was before, Free from errors and problems. My scanner works again, and he even showed me how to use my cellphone that can also do wonderful things now, Scan documents and email the whole bit. John also took the time to setup Google Docs, and a Gmail account, also Sync my Photos from my phone and computer and more.. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from JTG Systems. and I drove from Hamilton a 30 Minute drive.. Was definitely worth it. This guy knows his stuff inside and out and I would recommend to family friends and others. go to JTG Systems and you will be happy you did.

JTG Systems was a delightful change of pace compared to most other stores in the industry. This is a place where you walk in seeing the skilled technicians at work and you know you're in good hands right away! Would recommend John and his team to anyone in the area looking for assistance with their electronics.

Service was great and reasonably priced. After I saw how quickly JTG was able to get me up and running, I couldn't believe I wasted 2 days troubleshooting the issue myself . My one caution is to call ahead to confirm someone is in the office. Don't take the word of the automated answering system. Staff are very accommodating to schedules and will work late to get the job done.

Called for information and was helped step by step, they were able to come to me do the work in my home, made sure I understood all the new " bells and whistles"installed in my existing PC.. very thorough, curtious and the price was literally hundreds less than I thought it would be. I thought I needed a brand new PC but mine was restored and updated and I am extremely happy!!
