I would not recommend this company at all. They just give you the run around and lie. They told me the tech should have been at my house already. Which they were not. Then they said they would call the tech to find out where he was and call me back. No call back and another hour went by. So I called another service. NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND. DO YOURSELF FAVOR AND DONT CALL THIS COMPANY.

waited around all day for them to show up. so I decided to call them back and they told me that the plumber that was supposed to come out to my home was stuck on another job. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know that the plumber couldn't make it. no one called me, I had to call them back to find out that no one was coming out. wasted my time, I could have called another company. very inconsiderate!

swanson does not return calls and are not very prompt with estimates. after several calls trying to get the right guy to call us back... nothing.  previous estimate was exactly the same and they were extremely overpriced almost triple what the other reputable plumbers estimates were. needless to say, i will not be calling them in the future.

Very satisfied and the technician knowledgeable and quick, price was great and all the staff I met was very helpful and kind. (I had to pay my bill in the office).
