Metro Plumbing & Heating (Niagara)

We needed to have a sump pump replaced and Mike and Eric came and installed it very quickly for us. They were not only professional, but friendly and helpful and even fixed a toilet while they were there. The company is very busy and they apologised that we had to wait for a week for our appointment. Rather than risk finding someone 'quick' to do the job, we are glad we waited and know that it was done properly. We will definitely continue to call Metro for our plumbing and heating needs! Thanks guys!

Not reliable at all! No plumber from this company showed up on my appointment day. I took time off work, went home, waited for over an hour, and no body showed up , so I called the company again. Turned out they didn't tell my appointment to any plumber. Then they sent a plumber out to my house after I called, the plumber came in and looked at the site, said he was going to send me a quote, and I never heard back from him.

The owner is always helpful. Prices are reasonable. Nice to deal with a local dealer and not a chain

I give this company 5 stars. They listened to me and understood my problems. They worked extra hard to get my basement job finished in the time frame I requested. The workers were courteous. Thank you so much.
