I bough a phone from JP wireless in Toronto, they had a good selection of phones, their staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. They sold me a new iPhone 8plus 256GB and also repaired my old i phone 6s plus for a reasonable price. I will shop here again.

Excellent customer service! The first time I visited the store with a complex problem with my phone and the staff at JP Wireless were able to offer several solutions right away. I have been back many times since and the quality of their service has always exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable, professional and honest people. Highly recommended store for anyone. Worth the drive even if you live far!

Don't waste your time and money, these guys sell cell phones that don't even have a warranty. I went to Samsung store at yorkdale and they told me that tje place isn't a Samsung authorized dealer so I'm stuck with a phone I payed for 1000 bucks and don't work never again stay away

Purchased a so-called Grade A Refurbished iPhone SE 64GB. After a couple of weeks I noticed that the microphone when in selfie mode (thus, also the same mic used when speaking to Siri) was defective. Given that I can't be without a phone, I asked for a replacement phone to be sent, after which time I'd send the original phone back. They refused, so I offered to drive to them and do the exchange, but they don't have a physical store. So, I suggested that I purchase a second phone and return the first. They agreed to that but didn't have any phones in stock, and waiting for the phones to arrive would have meant that the 30-day return window elapsed and I'd be stuck with the original phone. A total pain. Despite prompt replies, their solutions were inadequate. And as a starting point to all of this, they hadn't really done a good job of ensuring they were selling me a refurbished phone that actually worked as intended.
