Never open when you need it to. They answer the phone but just to let you know that they are closed. Ill give a neutral review as at least they answer the phone. Other than that, standard telus shop.

Pretty standard cell phone store. Prices change, so know what you want. Advertise on Kijiji so check what advertised price is first. For example, I got a Nexus 6p case which was advertised on kijji for $15. In store they tried to charge me $25 until I indicated I saw the advertised price.

A+ shipping. Received the phone next day with express shipping for free and it was setup quickly. 

Downside is they provide zero support if your phone is DOA or if there are problems. My Galaxy S7 stopped functioning right at 15-16 days after purchase, outside the 14 day DOA direct replacement. My local Telus said they would have been able to do it if I didn't get it from Hotwire. Hotwire wouldn't honour it! Total scam.

Now I'm on my own with only the Samsung warranty. Hopefully there's no other issues with my plan as I know Hotwire won't help.
