We held our son's 7th birthday here, my daughter participated at the age of 4. It was really great! The kids get a brief introduction with the instructors to build confidence and then they can go anywhere they want.nnThe kids loved the Pump Tracks and Balance Bridge.nnThe party room was spacious - like really spacious and the venue while open to the public wasn't busy at all, it's like we had the place to ourselves. It was also a 3-hr party package which is the perfect amount to play - eat and play some more. We did not feel rushed at all and the price!!!!! And the price is perfect!!!! Less than the indoor jungle gym places, that rush you in and out and have a ton of parties happening at the same time.nnHighly Recommend - 5 Stars
Staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first time there. Went in as a family and it was myself and my son who was celebrating his birthday. I would suggest to bring your own bike and helmet. Helmet is mandatory and suggested and other accessories are optional but highly recommended if you’re doing risky routes and stunts. Will cost you an arm and a leg, $160 for 2 persons. They were nice enought to refund me for myself as they were too extreme for my age. Between 1-6pm I think were busiest and parking was a challenge. I took one star off due to washroom cleanliness and staff should be in some of the areas like the foam pit. Some customers were not following instructions and were jumping while someone was still in pit. Most dangerous thing was there were kids running around in the foam pit track and using it as slides. Me and another parent were policing it. When my son went down the ramp, a kid suddenly ran into his way so we shouted at them. Itself not a playground for slides. One kid from same group threw a water bottle on the track too on the foam pit area. People can seriously get hurt. The mom was their and turned her back. Staff should be place in those areas just to remind customers.
Joyride Indoor Bike Park ReviewnnJoyride Indoor Bike Park is an incredible destination for biking enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. With indoor ramps and jumps designed to cater to beginners, intermediate riders, and seasoned pros, it’s the perfect place to build confidence and skills in a safe and controlled environment.nnFor those without their own gear, Joyride offers bike rentals at a reasonable price of around $25, and helmets are available for just $5, ensuring everyone has access to the fun. The park also shines as a birthday party venue, offering packages that combine fitness and excitement for an unforgettable celebration.nnIt’s a fantastic spot for kids to stay active, learn new tricks, and have a blast, rain or shine. Whether you’re looking for a fun family outing or a great place to host an event, Joyride Indoor Bike Park is a must-visit!
On a very hot day, it was great to stay indoors and watch our little one happily ride a bike. They have the option of renting a bike or you can bring your own. It was convenient to rent one because we came by public transport. For the helmet, we brought our own one with us. There are balance bikes for the little ones who are new to riding bikes, which was a great option for us.nnIt was nice seeing our kid start with the simplest tracks then advancing to the harder ones for his age, as he gained more confidence. As he was learning, there were some falls here and there. The the staff were very cooperative and took us to the first aid area where they gave us ice packs and helped us until we went back on track.nnOverall, it was a great experience!
A world class biking facility that has everything from the most basic of obstacles to huge ramps that challenge experienced riders. You could not ask for a better facility. It’s also clean, not too loud, and has an enormous bike shop which can help you with just about anything.nnMy only complaint is that the expert box jump line has black painted ramps which make jumping them more challenging than necessary, I’d like to see them changed to a lighter color for safety.
