We have dealt with Jose for a while purchasing Diamond rings and Diamond pendant. Recently he sized an heirloom ring given by my sister to my wife and it was beautiful and perfectly re sized when we got it back. Jose and staff are most friendly and provide truly a professional service. Great to work with and highly recommend.                        +

I bought my granddaughter a indigenous carved ring for her graduation.  I gave it lot her on her commencement night.  She put it on her middle finger and it got stuck. She was up all night and could not get it off!  I took her into Jose and he was wonderful with her and managed to cut it off. I picked it up this week and Jose repaired it and you cannot tell it was ever broken. Ring fits perfectly and she loves it!  Thank you Jose!

Jose did a wonderful job repurposing earrings I rarely wore into an enhancer for an omega.  The end result is stunning!  The other earring is being made into a ring to match.

I had a fabulous experience with José and Lynda! I first came in to the store in March to inquire about an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time now fiancée. José was super helpful and offered to bring in a few diamonds for me to look at. After looking at the diamonds the following week, I asked about Lab-Created diamonds, and he brought in some of those for me to look at too! After seeing both the natural and Lab-Created diamonds, I was prepared to make my decision and choose the diamond. Then, I described what I wanted for the ring itself, and he made it beautifully within a couple of weeks.  Throughout the whole process, I felt very well cared for as a customer, and José did not rush me or try to push a sale at all. He was more than willing to bring in multiple diamonds for me, and educated me on which characteristics are worth spending money on and which differences wouldn’t be noticeable to the eye. This helped me get the most beautiful diamond at a reasonable cost. I truly value that José is willing to spend time with his clients to educate them and make sure they are getting exactly what they want.  My fiancée absolutely loved the ring! A couple months after the engagement, she decided that she wanted to size it down a bit since it had fallen off once. We brought it in and José and Lynda were very helpful in working with us to select a size to go down to. José resized the ring at no charge! and she had it back within a week.  Overall, we have had an amazing experience with José & Co. Custom Jewellers, and there is no question that we will be returning when it comes time to get our wedding rings.

I needed some of my jewellery repaired. My earrings are like brand new again. He put the sparkle back in my 50 year old wedding ring. I lost the stone in my engagement ring and Jose made it look like brand new again. Very friendly staff. This jewellery store never disappoints!

Jose came to mind when I needed to leave my engagement ring for a size adjustment. His idea of a “speed bump” is not only 100% comfortable but stops my ring from twisting. My experience was wonderful and made even sweeter when my English Bulldog was welcomed into the store. Loved your idea Jose!

This is a lovely shop that did a small jewelry repair job for me but still treated me like gold. They are friendly, helpful and got the work done quickly for a fair price. I highly recommend them if you are in need of jewelry repair!

Excellent service. After visiting the storefront, I decided to purchase a ring online from their website. They told me that there were no returns. I was not happy with the fit of the ring after picking it up. They returned the ring and helped me order another one, which I did not expect. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend their business.

I inherited an antique diamond from my great grandmother and Jose set the stone beautifully into a pendant necklace that I’ve never taken off. Extremely strong setting and chain. I play sports and never had an issue.
