Incompetent, greedy and irresponsible! 
I brought several items of jewelry for repair to them. They took forever and i had to come in several times before things got completed. They (over)charged money upfront - complete rip off!
One ring was repaired very messy and glue was all over it. 
The other ring had a replacement of a lost emerald. They inserted an emerald of a completely different color/shade than all other remaining emeralds in the ring. 
The white gold bracelet was repaired with removing one section, but they never gave back to me the piece of gold they removed from my bracelet.
The last one was the worst! They were supposed to repair a cross pendant. Not only they did a horrible job, they literally butchered it - they completely messed up the thing to the point that now even a competent jeweler would not be able to repair it. When i brought it to their attention, they made no effort to fix it or even apologize or at the very least return money for repair - THEY WERE ARGUING!!! They messed up a cross that was a gift and was very important to me, and took no responsibility whatsoever.
Worst jewelry service i have ever seen. Do not go there, do not trust them your valuable items!

Amazing work, and great service. I had my diamond rings retipped here because the claws had become worn out after so many years, and I was afraid the stones may fall off. At first, I wasn’t sure about spending the money to get the repair done, but the lady there gave me a good deal since I was doing both my engagement ring and wedding band. I was surprised to hear that the repair would be done in 2 days since most places usually take about a week. When I received my ring, I was shocked to see how beautiful it looked.. It hasn’t looked this sparkly since the day a bought it (which was 9 years ago!!). It seems as though they polished/cleaned it for free along with the repair itself.

I took our two wedding bands and my engagement ring to be re rhodium plated, and specifically chose White Rock Jewlers because they are the only place that provides the service in house. 
When I went to pick up our white gold rings, I was shocked to see that they were all re rhodium plated to yellow gold. When I pointed this out to the shop keeper, Andy, he said that he would re-do the service free of charge. Feeling hesitant to leave my $17000 engagement ring with them for the second time, I politely told them I wasn’t happy with the service and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a return and said that wasn’t their policy. 
It’s poor customer service to charge for something that was done incorrectly and now I’m out $150 and stuck with yellow gold rings. I now have to take them to another jewler to have them re rhodium plated to white gold. 
Buyer beware when dealing with White Rock jewellers.

Bought a lovely white gold cross and chain for my niece here. The sales lady was friendly, although it was a little bit hard understanding her English.. The manager gave me a nice discount for purchasing the 2 items together.

The best place to go to for watch repairs, they do all the work on-site instead of sending it out to a separate watchmaker.
