Tricia's is a unique jewelry boutique offering a wide gemstone selection and name brand lines: TROLL BEADS, KEITH JACK, THOMAS SABO, QUDO,
and CHAMILIA.

Story

TRICIAS GEMS started out as a 350 sqft shop in 2004 on a quaint side street in Cloverdale. Tricias moved to the main street in Cloverdale in late 2006 where we stayed until October 2016, as our lease was expiring, needing to find a new home, we moved to the Shops at Morgan Crossing Nov 1, 2016. We hope you understand our reasons for moving. We have made so many great friendships new and old. Thanks everyone the awesome continued support, you are the real story behind TRICIAS GEMS!

Absolutely atrocious costumer service. My boyfriend bought a ring for me for Christmas and we had to get it resized so we sent it in on the first week of January. At the time of drop off we realized a missing stone in the light and mind you this ring did not leave this box upon purchase. We were told this ring would take a few weeks. It is now almost April and the excuses have been flying! “ it’s trade season and our partner hasn’t been at his desk “ and something about their staff going through changes. There has been absolutely no communication from the staff or owner. At this point we just want our money back but apparently this store does not do refunds. I highly do not recommend. There are plenty of beautiful jewlery stores who care about their customers and guests.
