Very interesting place to get some food if you are in the valley! Great food, good price and servings. Ice creams and milk shakes are the best.

Best food in the Annapolis valley! Great hot hamburger sandwich, & their soft serve is always a must. They always close in November for a few months, can’t wait for 2023!

My best friend was visiting from Alberta and I planned on us spending the day in the Valley. This was suggested by a friend of mine and I googled to see the rating and everyone is raving about this place. I can tell you wholeheartedly this place did not disappoint. Even though it is currently outside dining only the food came out hot and fresh. Delicious burgers and ice creams. Everyone enjoyed their visit and we all left full and wanting more. The service was also excellent. Fast and friendly. We brought our furry friend as well and he even got himself a treat. If this place wasn't 1 hour 20 minute away from me I'd be here frequently. I'd previously only heard things from friends about Jonny's Cookhouse, but today I got to confirm some of the stories. At least of their ice creams but I'll be back for the burgers!. We ordered a Banana Split with the works pictured and two Drumsticks not pictured but they were a Peanut Butter one and a Regular. These things were bigger than my face! I loved the Banana Split and the others with me deeply enjoyed their Drumsticks. If the burgers are even half as good as the Ice Cream was, then boy is my waistline in trouble! Also, there's two lines! One's for the cookhouse/dining while the other is strictly for ice cream orders. Perfect if you want a treat without any fussing about with dinner first.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!! Best food ever! We were so excited to find this after going to the Oaklawn farm. Best poutine, milkshakes and burgers we've ever had! Not to mention the banana split has real fruit not syrup. Yum yum yum! Great job guys!!!

This place looks amazing! They've really adapted to the changing times and have adjusted well in the way they are set up for customers. Very clearly marked with traffic direction, distancing, menu, ordering and pick up windows - lots of great variety and options on the menu! Sadly didn't have a chance to eat here but really looking forward to coming back another time when the weather is a bit nicer.

When you visit Nova Scotia in July ice cream at least once a day is clearly a must! This was a stop well worth it and satisfied the craving. When we first pulled up it looked so busy, I thought it was going to take so long to get ice cream. Well I was wrong, although it was busy the staff kept everything flowing smoothly and quickly. A variety of options of hard ice cream and soft serve. I wish we hadn’t already had lunch, I would’ve loved to try some of their other menu items too - they looked delicious. Reminded me of old school traditional dinner food. Highly recommend for a stop for whatever you’re in the mood for!

We went there, on a recommendation, in late October 2022. Friendly helpful staff, good service and great food. We will definitely be going there again next summer.

Got the Johnny Burger with house fries and a can of coke three days in a row. Ordered from the counter at lunch time, which was very busy. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to order and the food was always ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. They text you when your order is ready, but they can also call out to you if you prefer. Delicious food. Everything was done perfectly. I tried the poutine one of the days and thought it was alright, but probably wouldn't get again because the gravy wasn't thick the way I like and I thought the portion was small for the price. All those comments whining about the wait might want to stop wasting everybody's time and go to McDonald's in Greenwood or Coldbrook. If you want fresh, quality, food and great service, this is where you want to go.

Really Really Really good burgers!!!! We will be stopping by again when we're in the area Stopped for ice cream this time. Their soft ice cream is one of the very few good ones in Nova Scotia. They have caramel sundaes which aren't served anywhere else that I've been. They are DELICIOUS!!!
