I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Johnston dealership and absolutely love it! I had Paul Armstrong as my sales man and he's been amazing since day one. Paul is definitely someone who cares about his customers, he will go out of his way to help you and not leave you hanging. Any issues I've had that man is definitely there to help. Service department and other staff are very nice and helpful as well. I'd recommend Johnston dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle.
Vince Ferraro was wonderful! He ensured I had every need met with my car purchase from the moment I walked into the dealership. I went to Johnston’s with the simple intent to see what Jeeps they had available and Vince within 5 minutes found a stylish and unique Jeep that fit my needs and more. He took the time to make sure I was ready to take the leap in purchasing providing me adequate space and demonstrations to make my decision. At each stage he took the time to review what was going on and the expectations from me and the company. Vince is down to earth and a relatable individual looking out for the best interest and happiness of his clients. Vince and the team at Johnston Chrysler made my first vehicle purchase a stress-free one ensuring I received the best deal and service possible.
If I could only give Paul Armstrong MORE than 5 stars! From the minute we first walked in, we felt welcomed and developed a natural relationship with him. There was no absolutely NO pressure and he was extremely honest. When picking up our Grand Cherokee, Paul went ABOVE and BEYOND! He took the time to go over the vehicle’s features, went the extra mile and then some! The entire team at the dealership was fantastic and personable. The finance department, Andrew, ensured that we understood all of the packages that were offered. We also didn’t feel any pressure during this process - he just laid out the facts and didn’t try to convince us on our decisions or change our minds. From the manager to other sale associates, from the minute we entered the dealership, everyone was beyond welcoming, friendly and “real”. We were able to find a vehicle and sign the paperwork all while enjoying a lot of laughs. This has been, by far, the best major purchase transaction that we have done with absolutely no stress and was accompanied by a lot of laughter, friendly banter and feeling a sense that everyone at the dealership cared about our family. Johnston Chrysler - you have an absolutely fantastic, one of a kind team. You have secured another satisfied customer.
Vince Ferraro and the team at Johnston Chrysler are fantastic! Went in on a Saturday to buy my Ram and picked it up on the following Tuesday! No pressure tactics to buy the extended warranties just a common sense approach. Friendly, honest with a great approach to their customers! First Ram from this location but won't be my last!!
Overall an excellent experience at Johnston Chrysler. The team worked quickly and efficiently to meet my needs. A special shoutout to Cheryl as she was a fantastic sales rep. She understood all our requirements and got us into our dream Jeep Wrangler. We could not be happier and recommend the team at Johnston to anyone!

I visited the service center yesterday in response to an email I received for a “free peace of mind driving inspection”. I dropped my car off at 11:30am, I did know for sure my brake light was out and I had a nail in one of my tires, I received a call about an hour or so after dropping off my vehicle. Rear and front brakes needed be greased and brake lights were out, no mention of nail in tire. I called back after disconnecting to ask if they could put a plug in my tire, they heard the message after car was ready. They called me to say they would bring it back in to fix the tire which I agreed to. They called me again to ask which tire…great inspection?! car was ready at 5:30 pm, no technician went over the inspection with me, makes me wonder, just wanted to get me in there I guess. There were mechanic fingerprints all over the door frame and wheel frame, no complimentary wash : I find there is No pride in their work or vehicles. I go down the street to a mechanic who always gives my car a wash . Sad fiat doesn’t really care and so expensive. Love my fiat though.
Just purchased my truck here. What a difference in customer service in comparison to other dealerships! I was looking for a specific truck and found it here while searching the internet... After sending a message for general inquiry in late evening I got a response within the minutes from Kyle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. I came the next day to see the truck and Kyle was waiting for me and answered all my questions. The whole process from the financial department to delivery of the vehicle was a breeze, very transparent, friendly and not pushy, not like I've experienced at other dealerships. Very happy with the purchase and service.
I bought a 2020 jeep Ltd from this place 2 months ago. Noticed the brakes seemed “loose” while driving it. Had them checked and was told that they needed servicing at my expense at over 100 a brake. I paid 46,000 for this car and now two month later I have to pay for brakes to be cleaned. Not to mention some fluids like transmission fluid needs top up. This should have all been done before they let me take it home. I have bought three vehicles from them in the last 5 years and I will NEVER buy another. Total rip off!! Don’t buy there. Guess they have to pay for their big new fancy building somehow.
The first time I visited this location for a routine oil change I was told there was some maintenance that needed to be done. They were very upfront about charges for this work and I agreed to the work being done. Unfortunately, no one could tell me how long this would take. I ended up waiting 4 hours. The second time I called to book an oil change again and was told the brakes needed to be serviced. I asked if this was covered under our coverage plan and was told it should be. When I dropped it off I once again asked if the brakes were covered and was told "what's on there is on there." After another 4.5 hours, when I was originally told 3-3.5, I was surprised to have been charged for the breaks. I firmly believe that a customer should be told up front about any potential charges on any services that they are receiving even if they are booked in advance. Since the work had already been done I felt that I had no choice so I paid and left. This was a super disappointing experience for me. I felt that I had tried to get a clear answer before dropping off my vehicle to be met with a surprise charge at the end of all of it. I would not recommend visiting this location if you are not 100% sure about what is covered under your service plan. I will not be taking my vehicle to this location again. Update: Upon talking to Jeff at the dealership I was misremembering my conversation that happened when I booked in the vehicle. I do recall that it was mentioned that the brakes needed to be done but I did not ask about cost at that time. This was fully my mistake. I do recall asking about cost when I dropped off the vehicle and I was not given a satisfactory answer then or I would have said to put off the work on the breaks until a later date. Jeff was kind enough to offer a detailing of the vehicle to make up for this miscommunication.
